TheraBands unique system of colour coded resistance levels makes progressive training easy. There are eight levels from Tan (2.4 lb) to gold (14.2lb) that offer progressive increase in resistance. This system makes it easy to prescribe tools for rehabilitation and track a patient's progress.
Care Instructions
Elastic bands or tubing can be cleaned using fresh clean water and mild hand soap. Immerse the product in water and gently apply the soap. Thoroughly rinse with fresh water and lay flat to dry.
Product Warning
Do not extend beyond 300% or 3 times the resting length of the product, do not use if the band is damaged or torn. Be aware of jewelry or other sharp objects than may damage the bands
