We charge the small amount of handling fee on each order but you are always welcome to call us if you have any questions. GST and PST depends on the province to province. Free pick ups at the store, you just need to select the pickup and one of our staff will be there to hand over your product to you. PROMISE TO DO SAME DAY DELIVERY
Delivery Methods vary from province to province as we need to use different courier services to provide you the cheap prices and best service. It may require the signature (except Canada Post) but If you want the delivery at the door then kindly mention in the notes. G2 will not be responsible for the lost, stolen and missing packages.
We promise to ship same day in stock products, you will be informed about the out of stock products and ETA, you will be receiving an email at the end of the day with your tracking number.
You will receive your package 2-5 business days. We will try to send your package next day but depends where its going.
Electric Tables and Stationary Tables will be sent through the different freight ways and you will be informed with the tracking number once that will be shipped to you. You can call us for any queries.

Covid 19:- No Returns on any used products oils, gels, lotions, creams, washed linens and any products that cannot be resold. Exchange, Returns must be authorized with in 14 days from the day of purchase (pick up) and the day of receiving for deliveries.

We always pack every single parcel with care. If you receive the damaged package because of shipping company then kindly refuse it but if you open the box then send us the pictures of the boxes to us and we will definitely look in to it.
