How to use: Hot: microwave in 15 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Cold: store in freezer for a minimum of one hour. To clean: wipe surface with cold water and mild soap.
Do not over heat gel pack. If the pack is too hot, set aside and allow it to cool before applying to skin. Never apply hot or cold pack to irritated or damaged skin.
